| Feminist Youth Leader
Dhananjay has a Master's in Women’s Studies from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. His master’s dissertation titled Dalit Women in Sugarcane-Cutting Industry of Beed District, Maharashtra, looked at Dalit women’s experiences in the unorganised labour market. In his short career of 3 years, Dhananjay has been associated with reputed developmental agencies like Tata Trusts, RJMCHN Mission supported by UNICEF, in the capacity of the Divisional Program Officer. Through this work, he has engaged with key feminist issues of nutrition, hunger, hygiene and gender mainstreaming. He is also an active member of the ongoing Ambedkarite movement in India.
