Indranee, a resident of Guwahati, has a post-graduate degree in Social Work from Tezpur University, Assam. While pursuing their Bachelor’s programme in 2013, Indranee felt the drive to work with people from marginalised communities, and started working for persons with disabilities, sex workers, the Adivasi community, queer people through various organisations in and around Assam. Indranee is also passionate about zero waste lifestyle, filmmaking, and photography. Indranee is the co-founder of Xobdo - Dialogue Dignity Movement Foundation, the first registered organisation of Assam working on LGBTQIA+ rights and issues.
