The lab is a space for change. It is inherently messy, it is inherently honest. It is authentic, it is beautiful in that sense. There is so much healing, there is space for everything, that's what makes it a lab.
When you bring 30 people who are free thinking, it is not going to be an easy task. There comes a lot of challenges, which manifests in so many forms- in conflicts, in solidarity, in friendship.
The world is rapidly changing.
The feminist discourses are rapidly changing. And we cannot just sit with our own idea of what feminism looks like, or movement looks like.
The voice has already been there but you have not been listening. So, don't put it on us that we do not know how to speak. We have been speaking.
We design processes and develop capacities to accelerate outcomes for gender equality and women's rights. Our approach is grounded in co-creation and collaboration geared towards social transformation.
