The Feminist Youth Charter is a collective vision co-created by youth leaders from across India who came together through the Feminist Youth Leadership Programme, anchored by Gender at Work India in partnership with UN Women India.
The Charter captures their shared commitments and demands to address structural inequities and aspirations for building a future grounded in gender justice, inclusivity, and collective care.
